Scott’s Auto Electrical Supplies Service Center – Repair Policy
Scott’s Auto Electrical Supplies Service Center reserves the right to assess storage charges if the following conditions are not met:
- Supply of Parts: If I fail to supply the required parts within five (5) days after notification.
- Collection of Vehicle: If I fail to collect my vehicle within seven (7) days after work completion.
In the event of non-compliance with the above conditions, a storage charge of $1,500 JMD will be applied to your invoice every day.
Authorization for Repairs & Testing
I hereby authorize the repair work to be completed as outlined, along with the necessary materials. I grant Scott’s Auto Electrical Supplies Service Center and/or its employees permission to operate the vehicle described herein on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and inspection.
I acknowledge that I have been notified and have given oral approval of the above Terms & Conditions.
